Nourish Foods Culinary Experience includes:  

• 20-minute discovery call to discuss your situation and how we can assist you navigate family nutrition and simple healing foods - whether you have a bub starting solids, a picky eater or just want to promote more wholesome nourishing foods in your household. 
• A 2.5-hour cooking experience in the comfort of your own home where we raid the pantry and fridge, dispel any myths or questions you have - and the fun part...we get cooking! 
• Our MN Nourish Guide for free 
• 2kg of our preferred chicken/beef meat pieces - we will walk you through 'meat stocks' and get you confident cooking it and incorporating meat stocks at home.
