Our girl Gladys (the starter) is available for your culinary use.

Gladys has come from the south of France and is alleged to have originated from a starter in the early 1900s.

She’s sweet and robust! She comes dehydrated in 20gm packs with rehydration directions. 

She does need a little love, and is going to want a different name for your household - get creative.
